Eric Goode is a native from Washington D.C.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Richmond in Richmond VA, and is currently in graduate school at Argosy University studying Human Services.

 

He is deemed as a passionate & driven leader having demonstrated 10 years of experience leading companies while bringing success. Eric has led organizations in radically transforming operational, cultural and financial results in astronomical means.  Eric is an innovator who consistently achieves superior results, with continuous income growth by creating and influencing a culture of competent leadership. Previously, Eric was a Marketing Development Manager for MetLife Insurance Company in Pennsylvania and Virginia for 6 years.  He also directed and developed procedures while bridging resources to implement the mission of MetLife. 

 

Eric has also been zealous about the youth and the overall growth of people in their own right and communities.  Eric began another realm of community leadership efforts by working within a variation of mental health settings from group homes, independent programs, community programs, case management, and mental health support for adults.  He has extensive experience working with children and adults by working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), and serving as Director in a group home setting for over 10 years.  

 

Eric has been given the opportunity to live out his passion by helping young children and adults grow in a strong and positive atmosphere as their history had proven otherwise.  He strongly believes this concept will create better communities for our futures’ population.  Aside from the mental health services, Eric coaches football at Benedictine College Preparatory, a private catholic military school located in Richmond VA. 

 

Eric’s ultimate goal is to help communities grow in a positive fashion one person at a time.
